What is Echo?
Echo is a voice-first text-to-speech platform built to sound real, responsive, and clean. No fake robotic tones. Just natural voice output that actually feels human.
Is Echo free to use?
We don't have a free plan yet, but we offer most affordable paid tiers with 14 days refund policy.
Is the audio generated by Echo royalty-free?
Yup, use it in videos, apps, podcasts — wherever. Once it's yours, it's yours.
Do you support different languages?
Currently we support English (US, UK, IN), French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Hindi, and some more. We have language support in our pipeline and are actively working on it.
Can I choose between male and female voices?
Of course. We have multiple voices and styles — energetic, calm, deep, crisp. More are being added regularly.
Is there a character or word limit per generation?
Yes, each request has a soft cap (1000 characters). But you can break up longer texts and synthesize in chunks. We will soon be adding support for longer inputs.
Can I preview voices before generating?
Yes. We give you samples right inside the dashboard so you can vibe-check the voice before using credits.
What audio formats are supported?
Currently MP3. Lightweight, fast, and widely compatible. More formats are planned.
Do you watermark or brand the output? Also, do I need to credit Echo?
Nope. No "Powered by" tags, no audio watermarking. It’s clean. And... NOPE you don't have to credit Echo at all. But hey, if you wanna give us a shoutout, we won’t complain.
Is Echo good for YouTube videos, audiobooks, or IVRs?
100%. We've got creators, startups, and even devs building IVRs using Echo.

How fast do you respond to emails?
We usually get back within 24 hours — faster on weekdays. We don't delay beyond 48 hours EVER!
Can I request a refund?
Yep. We’ve got a 14-day return policy (excluding taxes). Just contact us if things didn’t work out.
Do you offer custom voices or features for large teams?
We sure do. Enterprise plans include custom voice cloning, on-prem deployment, and more.
My credits disappeared or didn’t renew, what do I do?
Reach out immediately. If there’s a glitch, we’ll fix it. No drama.
Is there a public roadmap or changelog?
We announce major updates via dashboard notifications and email. A public roadmap is in the works.
Can I suggest new features or voices?
Absolutely — we live on feedback. Just drop us an email or leave a note via the feedback panel in the app.
Do you offer live chat or phone support?
Currently, no phone support. Email + in-app help is the way to go — fast and traceable.
How do I create an account?
Just head to echo.brahmai.in, hit “Sign up,” and you’re in.
What info do you store about my account?
Only your email and (optionally) name. No payment data is stored on our end — Razorpay handles that securely.
How do I change my email or name?
Go to “Account Settings” on the dashboard. You’ll find options there.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Email us at hello@brahmai.in with a delete request — we’ll wipe it clean.
Do you store the text I input or the audio I generate?
Yes, to maintain convinience for you to view your history or to make customizations to your inputs.
