We take your privacy seriously — this doc lays out exactly what we collect, what we don’t, and how you stay in control.

We don’t collect billing information (Razorpay handles that securely), survey responses, user preferences, or any random metadata, Non-personal data like browser type, device info, etc.

Access & Disclosure
Only select employees at BRAHMAI (our parent org) can access your info — and only when absolutely necessary. The information is only available to employees that:
- Have agreed to confidentiality obligations that prevent disclosure to others.
- Need to know that information to process it on BRAHMAI’s behalf or provide services available through the Echo platform, and
Some of these employees may be located outside your home country. By using BRAHMAI's and/or Echo’s website, you consent to the transfer of your information to them.
Echo does not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying or personally-identifying information to anyone. Outside of the parties mentioned above, Echo discloses such information only in the following cases:
- Legal Requirements: When required to comply with legal obligations or governmental requests.
- Good Faith Belief: When Echo believes disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect its rights, property, or the safety of its users, third parties, or the public.
We strive to handle your data responsibly and in line with best practices to maintain your trust and privacy.
We don’t train AI with your data
We don’t use your data to train AI models. Does that make us the only one in 2025? We're not sure, but your data stays private.
